Teledyne Scale Up Leadership
12 week Scale Up Leadership program designed to help Teledyne leaders become

DISC Discussions

During the weekly group coaching call you will be having one-on-one conversations with your work colleagues about your DISC profiles.

These meetings are designed to be the first of what will hopefully be many conversations you will have about how your DISC (and the next part of the report that you get Driving Forces) profiles can complement each other and where they may cause tensions.

So DO NOT expect that this first round of conversations to accomplish much. Think of it as the warm-up in a tennis match.

Each breakout will run for 12-minutes. We'll work toward having four rounds of conversations (but will see how things are flowing on the day as to whether there will be four or three rounds.

For this process to be successful, you will need to have reviewed your DISC Success Insights Profile and begun your Success Discovery Process (which are given to you after you've completed the online training). As I mentioned on last week's call, do not try to do this in the 24 hours before the call, you won't be successful.

When you've worked through your Success Discovery Process, then summarize your insights using the document below and this will be the kicking off point for your discussion with your colleague during the breakouts.
